"WE LOVE THAT GAMIFICATION IS INCREASING IN THE BREADTH OF IT'S APPLICATION AND SOLVING DIVERSE CHALLENGES."
Introducing one of our amazing finalists of The Gamification Awards 2019... PentaQuest! We're so pleased that co-founder Kerstin could catch up with us and let us know how becoming a finalist will help PentaQuest develop in the future!
Well done on becoming a finalist for the Gamification HR Award! How did it feel to be announced as a finalist?
It’s great to be a finalist and to be recognised for our innovation in the field of HR gamification. It’s also fantastic to see so many great platforms being recognised from all over the world – we love that gamification is increasing in the breadth of its application and solving diverse challenges.
What made you or your team decide to enter the Awards in 2019?
We’ve seen the award in previous years and though that now would be a good time to enter our platform.
How did you become aware of The Gamification Awards?
Our Co-Founder attended Gamification Europe this year and heard about the Awards that way. We also follow Gamification Awards on social media, so keep up to date with it on Twitter and Instagram.
What did you do to prepare the award?
We prepared a client case study of the results the PentaQuest platform has delivered, being one of our current government departments that has seen a 641% increase in learning and development activities in just 6 months!
You bet! We have exciting plans to take the PentaQuest platform further in 2020, including expanding our development team to add more features and improvements this year, scale to more clients, and build in APIs and other integrations. We are pumped for 2020!
How do you hope that being a finalist in the Gamification in HR Award will help PentaQuest?
We hope that being a finalist builds our profile as a global player in the HR gamification software space and that other gamification designs and platforms are encouraged to enter in the future.
Will you continue to promote gamification as a finalist for The Gamification Awards?
Yes, we have it listed on our website and will use it in promotional material.
Is there any advice you would give to someone considering entering the Gamification Awards in 2020?
It’s definitely worth applying! The application process is pretty straight forward and not too time consuming, so definitely worth it.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE PENTAQUEST TEAM!
