After the excitement of announcing our 2019 winners and interviewing them we wanted to turn our attention to our finalists of The Gamification Awards. First in our finalist interview series we spoke with Karen from Living Story about their excitement of being announced as finalists with their platform Transform!
In collaboration with Platform 31, a Dutch Knowledge & Network organisation for city & region; connecting policy, practice and science with regard to current issues and providing tools for administrators, policy makers and implementers to get to work immediately.
Living Story were asked to build a hands-on (analog) serious game about Urban Transformation, to be played with stakeholders in real-life Urban Transformation projects in the early phases of their collaboration, with the purpose to create awareness and consideration for the (often conflicting) interests of the different stakeholders (the municipality, the project developer & the residents).

I am Ella and I am the Social Media and Content Creator for The Gamification Awards. I have just started here as an intern after completing my final year at university studying BA Hons Textiles with Business Studies.
Awards are a great way to get yourself, your business or your idea noticed. Now, what can be bad about that?
After approximately 3 weeks of scoring and hard work, my esteem panel of judges have finally chosen the finalists for the Outstanding Gamification Awards 2018 (OGA).
